What is the Rent & Buy model?
Our options are flexible: buy it entirely for long-term ownership with free 1-year service or rent by paying monthly with a free 2-years service.
How do the maintenance, filter replacement and warranty work?
Coway’s rent includes regular filter change and unlimited warranty. Should you run across any technical problems, our staff will offer quick help.
How often is the periodic maintenance?
Every three months we visit you for regular maintenance; every six months we change filters to guarantee you drink best-quality water.
Is it possible to cancel my monthly rental?
Yes, it can be canceled with a prior notice of 2 months, along with additional dismantling charges of AED 450.
What are the charges if I have to relocate?
We provide one complimentary relocation service.
