What is Coway?
What is the Rent & Buy model?
Our options are flexible: buy it with free 1-year service or rent it by paying monthly with a free service.
How do the maintenance, filter replacement and warranty work?
The rent model comes with an unlimited warranty and regular filter changes. If you have any technical issues, our staff will be there to help you.
How often is the periodic maintenance?
To make sure you drink the best quality water, we do regular maintenance every three months and change the filter every six months.
Is it possible to cancel my monthly rental?
Yes, cancellation is possible with two months’ notice and an additional AED 450 for dismantling.
What are the charges if I have to relocate?
We provide one complimentary relocation per year.
